Chicago hot dog chain Portillo’s Inc. PTLO, -7.40% said Monday that it will open its first drive-through only location in Joliet, Ill. on February 1. The 3,750-square-foot restaurant will not have a dining room, though there will be an area for pick-up orders. Delivery and catering will also be available. The company is hiring full- and part-time workers for the location. Portillo’s stock began trading in October 2021 with a $20 IPO price. Shares were trading at $32.05 on Monday afternoon. The Renaissance IPO ETF IPO, -0.93% is down 23.6% over the past year while the S&P 500 index SPX, +0.28% is up 21.5% for the period.
